AGM Battery

This battery works as advertised.

We replace our Zoeller M63 series sump pump every five years (when the warranty expires). We also have the Zoeller 507 12V backup pump which is battery operated. The battery is a Group 27 deep discharge job. Prior batteries were regular lead-acid marine batteries. Those last about three years and require a quarterly check of electrolyte level in each cell. I opted for the new AGM battery which has a longer life and is sealed.The vendor promised a delivery date about ten days after ordering, but it arrived in only three days. Happy surprise.New pump and battery are playing together nicely.

I was a bit surprised that it weight just over 50 pounds. It shipped with a freight company and arrived on a small pallet making it well protected from damage. After hooking it up I tested it with the system and it worked great out of the box.

I had a power loss for 2 hours a week ago and it rained pretty heavy. This battery + my Zoller pump saved the day.

It is great battery although expensive as compared to others in the market. I did not appreciate that the packaging was very bad.I have used this make with my sump pump for the last ten years.

Good battery, came fully charged just as advertised.
