Very sturdy unit, shipped ahead of scheduled date
I installed these 16 inch slides into a 20 year-old Craftsman toolbox that was damaged in an earthquake. Sears no longer makes replacement slides, so I used sheet metal screws to attach these slides into some existing holes in the Craftsman tool box housing. I drilled 6 holes in the metal drawer to attach that to the slides with some 8-32 screws. It's not a perfect fit, but at least I have a functioning drawer that works well - even when loaded with heavy tools.

WRONG HARDWARE
Incorrect screws were included in this box. Wood screws are required to mount these, NOT machine screws with nuts!

Fixed my husky tool box!
I’ve had a husky tool box I was going to throw out because the main drawer slides broke, found these, very well built and sturdy! It took a lot of measuring to make them fit the tool box and install them because the husky are so cheaply made and thin. 100 percent would recommend!

Works beautifully ... holds strong even with weighty things in it.
I am using this for rack supports for home stereo components. It works like a dream. Standard screw in installation and some added support hardware was all it required. Truly a great unit.
