The other brands are almost like a sleeve that will keep you warm but will give you no protection! This is the only brand I trust that is a secure, comfortable, non sweaty supportive support that does the job. Unfortunately I cannot get the brand in the UK so I have to buy them in the USA and take them home with me. Definately worth the higher cost!

This sleeve does what it is supposed to do. It is, however, hot and eventually smells.

This elbow sleeve worked well and is comfortable to wear all day or sleep with. But you will sweat under it, so my advice is go ahead and order 2, because you will want one while you are washing the other.

Tennis elbow

I washed my elbow sleeve religiously, but after wearing it about ten times the smell of it became horrid and I could no longer use it. No matter how much I washed it the smell would not come out.

I'm a big fan of body helix support systems and this one does the job, providing less isolated support for tennis elbow than the usual narrow bands.
