OVERVIEW: This cooling unit is designed to sit on top of your receiver or other hot component. It has a high-quality, low-noise 80mm fan, with long-lasting and quiet Fluid Dynamic bearings. It has a special raised air-chamber base, which covers over 39 square inches of your component's top vents. Hot air is removed from your component over the full area of this large raised base, causing cool air to be pulled up from the bottom vents. A temperature-controlled thermoswitch module monitors the temperature on top of your component, and turns the fan on and off automatically at approxmately 82F. Just place the thermoswitch heat collector over a warm spot on top of your component's air vents, and it will do the rest. THE COOLING SYSTEM INCLUDES: 1 x 80mm Air-chamber base fan unit, 1 x thermoswitch control module, 1 x multi-speed power transformer, and printed installation instructions. All cooling system parts connect together using special heavy-duty Molex quick-connect plugs, which allows the parts to be separated for easy wire-routing. SETUP: The system comes completely assembled, with all components installed and ready to go!
