The replacements fit perfectly and will never fail. I was skeptical at first worrying that it would not be strong enough to hold, but a two Chicago winters later and it still holds and has perfect mirror quality.Customer service is unbeatable. I started a return on Amazon and before I was done I had received an email asking about my purchase and if it fit correctly, ect.. I emailed back saying I was returning it on Amazon now for the correct size (my fault). They went ahead at 10 pm on a Sunday and expressed over the new mirror replacement by 6 am the next day. They went shipped the order before amazon could even process and I could return the item.They know life is hard and most people need their cars to get to work during the week. They took it upon themselves to make sure that I was able to have time to put on the mirror and get to work the next day on time.
