Clear modern pictures and a nice lilac colour
I'm pleased with this poster. The lilac is a great colour and the pictures are large, clear and modern looking. Easy to see without needing to go too close, and it doesn't look messy (as some of these posters can). I like that you can hang it vertically or horizontally depending on what suits the space you're using. I have chosen to use blu-tac to hang the poster to avoid damaging my walls, since I may not hang the poster permanently.The only downside is that it's a bit fiddly to unwrap and flatten it. It comes in a lot of very tightly wrapped tangled up cling film. Once unwrapped the poster is really wound up into a roll. If you try to unwrap it it just rolls back into itself. It requires careful unwrapping and then placing on a flat surface with 4 medium weight items on the corners. I left it there for 48 hours and it remained nicely flat. Being so small means it didn't take up much space in the post, so despite it being a slight faff I think this is preferable to it being shipped out in much larger format packaging which would be wasteful.I'm an experienced gym goer who's had a period of illness and rebuilding my stamina, so I am familiar with all these moves. It saves a lot of time trying to remember lots of different moves, or searching online for workouts.I think that true beginners may need to look up some of these moves online and check out some videos to make sure they're getting the technique right the first time they're performed.

good quality poster with clear instructions
SPORTAXIS Bodyweight Workout Poster with 32 Workout Poses.I use this workout poster in my home gym. over the years Ive been in physio and most of the exercises on this poster are the exercises Ive been given. i used to have to print out my exercises because after a while i would forget which exercises to do if i change to freshen things up.this poster is great i could choose whichever exercise i want to do on any set day, the instructions are clear and the images are perfect to understand and easy to follow.the poster has 32 workouts, no equipment needed so they could be done anywhere and at your convenience.each workout are illustrated very well and are easy to follow, you could display the poster either vertical or horizontal with the 32 workout placed on either side of the poster.the poster is laminated and is fairly good quality. i did have to roll the paper the other way in order to stop in folding backwards before i could hang it up.overall a very good quality poster, with clear images and easy to follow.

Great for the gym wall
I like this; simple but clear illustrations for a big range of exercises to give lots of ideas for workouts. The poster is on one side in 'landscape' format and repeated on the reverse in 'portrait'. I find it good to work through the whole thing (after a whole-body cardio warm up) to give a complete workout.The only addition I might have liked would have been an indication of the muscles targeted by each exercise (by highlighting them on the image, for example).The poster is stiff enough that it's not easily torn and glossy and wipeable on both sides (if using at home, I've found it handy to write on numbers of reps with a white-board pen, which then wipes off with any cloth).

Half decent poster
Double sided so you can pick portrait or landscape, lightly laminated which anything makes it easier to hang up on walls than some of the tougher sheets you can get which add extra weight meaning they fall off a lot faster. This is perfect for school /gymor your own personal gym if your that inclined.

Nice and clear
A nice clear poster with different body weight moves suitable for beginners (with some additional YT watching to get correct form) and for the more experienced too.Perfect for doing work outs at home where you have minimal equipment and for getting some new ideas for mixing up your workouts.Would recommend

Sharp knife needed to remove packaging!
This Bodyweight Workout Poster is an excellent asset to anyone needing guidance for working out at home.The poster is Double-Sided, one side using a female doing the exercises with a man on the reverse. I happily followed the female side. ;-)The exercises can all be done fairly simply by most people. I am 65 and one or two exercises needed to be slightly less demanding because I didn't quite manage them. I can see that with effort, using this guide, I'll able to do it all in no time.My gripe is that the poster was tightly rolled in clingfilm and I had real problems, both getting through the clingfilm and unrolling the guide.Fifth star lost for difficulty unpacking and because I've had to use 8 tacks to attach the poster to a noticeboard, but it needed more of them to stop the poster constantly snapping back to the original curl, spitting tacks in tommy-gun fashion in every direction.

Good quality - looks best with a frame (which isn't included)
Fabulous modern print poster with large and clearly printed exercise variations. The hanging orientation can be portrait or landscape, which gives good flexibility for fitting within your chosen space. It does come unframed and rolled – as such it doesn’t flatten easily, so I initially weight it down to get that flat to wall look. Alternatively, a frame would worked better and would probably make it look better, too.Overall, a great quality product that’s perfect for home exercises and gym goers who need some inspiration. 100% recommended.

Home gym instructions
This poster features very clear illustrations of a full range of exercises, with both sexes represented. The lamination gives it an easily cleaned and lasting aspect and it's ideal fro a home gym wall.

Perfect poster for a quick workout
The poster can be hung 2 ways, 1 normal way up n down, and 2nd side to side long ways. It's perfect for a quick workout reference. The workout is pictured and you can clearly see what she is doing so you can do it also. easy to follow and understand, no reading required, all pictures. It's easily understood and to do the workout. I pick 5 a day to complete, in reps of 10. You can do however many reps you want. I like it because my workout ways getting old and I couldn't think of what else to do and now I have it, I have alot to choose from now. They are broken up into sections, upper body, lower body, full body. It's a good workout.

I wouldn’t call it laminated, but the content of the poster is okay.
The media could not be loaded. The content of the poster seems good. The size is fine. But I read “double-sided lamination” in the title and evidently expected too much. This is pretty thin paper that’s just got some kind of coating on it. It’s as easy to wrinkle as any piece of paper. So I’m pretty disappointed in the weight of the paper and the lack of real lamination. I supposed for the price it’s still an okay value, but I was hoping for better quality.

Great addition
Love the fact that this can be posted two different ways. Normally you only get vertical or horizontal but this you’ve got options. Great addition to anyone looking to expand their exercise routine and learn new techniques. This could be used for beginners as well as those more advanced to the workout world. Great price ! Love it! I put it up with the kettle ball workout poster I ordered. Easy to read. Easy to understand. Great poster

Practical exercise aid helps create variety in my workouts
I keep several of these posters on my wall in my workout area. It helps me keep variety to my workouts.I only use a few in my routines and having a reminder helps keep my workouts fresh.Easy to read from a distance. Recommended.
