My real complain and why I won't buy more of these is because my users are complaining they basically have to have the headset in their mouth for someone to not complain they sound far away from the headset. I don't know if this is common or a bad set but for this reason I am searching for different headsets.

I had purchased 5 of these units not too long ago for our call center and they are fantastic.Our staff loves them and always comment on how comfortable the headset is and how clear the sound is.The overall quality is really good too.We will be purchasing more as our staff grows.

Clear voices and great product with voip phone systems

This headset is very good. Sound is clear. Its comfortable. I was looking for a headset that was compatible with the new phones we have at work and this one works perfectly. Highly recommend it.
