I love everything about this bowl besides the fact that the bowls themselves aren't attached to the outside piece so everytime I pick it up it falls apart

Perfect! I love it and don't have a problem with the tops at all. I used this before my surger during my pre-op and it helped me measure correctly. I can't wait to be off liquids to use it again.

I love the portion size and ability to divide the containers...but wow are they expensive! The side by side firmat is not great for my lunch bag, but they are perfect when apart.

This is an excellent plate. It helps me monitor my portions after having my VSG procedure.
