Reishi Mushroom Liquid Extract Drops Immune System Builder, 4 Oz

I bought this and the He Shou Wu to strengthen my endocrine system and liver. It took two weeks of taking it two times a day before I felt a difference. My energy is better and so is my outlook. I've been feeling sluggish for months after an extremely upsetting life event that despite my best attempts was so serious that I couldn't help but be depressed. I plan to take the two for at least 6 months if needed. It has no taste to speak of which is fabulous! I just drop it into my tea and forget about it. It does have a slightly earthy/woody smell to it, but it isn't strong or off putting as compared to something like Valerian root. I cannot wait to try some of their other products. I am already running out so do wish there was more in the bottle.

I was experiencing a health issue and grabbed some of this an added it to an order I had on amazon..... two actually. I placed it in my green smoothies for a week and the issue resolved as I knew it would. Wish they carried this is in the nutrition s'mart by me. Great product to have on hand to build immunity.

I only ordered one small bottle. It may take longer to take into effect. I don't notice too much of a difference. Perhaps I need to take more. I used to get my reishi mushroom extract infused in organo gold coffee but it got too pricy. The original organo gold coffee with reishi mushroom worked for me to I thought I could save money by getting the extract to increase my focus and help relax at night. I feel sharper using reishi mushroom but I don't know if this product works for me like the original on the coffee. I gave it 4 stars for price and convenience and concentration but I think I need more time to see if it really improves. I finished the small bottle and I put a few drops under my tongue to absorb fast. You can put in drinks etc. if it's too bitter. It's ok so far not great but I'll try later. This efficacy is questionable but I'll review again if there's a significant change. I'm still unsure if it works for me. I do like the brand though. I used to get extracts from my local organic store. It's convenient that Amazon has it here coupons and sometimes discounts.

Quality product

Examine.com is mostly inconclusive on this stuff so I stopped taking it for a few months to cut costs. Recently found it in the back of my cabinet and added it to my Lyme stack again. I have to say, I think it's helping. Not significantly, but I'm noticing a slight improvement in my energy.Examine classifies it as a "quality of life" supplement so if that's what you're going for and you can afford this every month or so, knock yourself out.

Reishi is an all around health supplement.

A friend who is really into bone health suggested this. I put a dropperful into my morning glass of water each day in hopes that it helps with bone density as I age. (I'm in my 50's.) It doesn't add any taste to the water, and I figure it can't hurt me!
