This step drill works extremely well. Compared to inexpensive ones like the ones that you get from Harbor freight, this step drill is not even in the same category. It works super well. Would definitely buy it again.

Esta hecha de acero de primera calidad, yo la recomiendo para perforar gabinetes metalicos y laminas de bajo espesor, tambien funciona en placas mas de hasta 1/4 de grosor, pero asi se desgasta muy rapido

Works great for metal, but hassle for plastic
For steel metal enclosures this cut through like butter.For plastic enclosures, the step size is too small for the plastic thickness so you have to either drill out 1 step too big or 1 step too small and file out the rest of the plastic left because the the step size is smaller than the plastic thickness.
