Not powerful enough!
I bought the his (grey) and hers (purple) to go along with our shower routine. I was so excited to receive the product after spending hours going through the description and watching the video. Got the product, put it to charge for the amount of time recommended, turned it on and then boom ... greatly underwhelming. This has absolutely no power. It's like more time was spent in the mechanics of it making noise rather than the actual function. It was a complete and utter waste of money. I've been so disappointed that I just have it tucked inside my bathroom cabinet. Probably will through it away soon. I was expecting actual movement to give a massage-like experience and absolutely nothing. The concept of the brush is a 10, however, the output is extremely disappointing. Not impressed at all.
