Extremely satisfied with these earbuds! Once paired, the syncing is flawless 99% of the time - pop one out of the case and it's connected to my phone before I even have it in all the way seated in my ear. Can use just one (and either one) at a time which is perfect for work when you still need to be able to hear the environment around you. Battery lasts forever, and the charging case makes that even longer, with a nice magnetic snap in for the buds to rest and charge.Definitely recommend installing the Moondrop Link app to change your equalizer preset, and do your own research on benefits of different types of eartips. I went with Final Audio Type E eartips (ordered separately) for the extra bass-boosting and the sound is way better than I could have anticipated. Love, love, love these earbuds!Plus the design is cute as heck, and I'm constantly getting coworkers asking about them. Best earbuds on the market for under $100!

After only a few months the left earbud is now significantly quieter than the right. No idea how to contact the seller for repair.
