Will buy again and recommend it to others
Bought for a patient and he really loves it. Will buy again and recommend it to others.

Did not work for my patient.
My CVA patient was not able to write with it. Might be just fine for other problems but not sufficient control of thumb and index finger to be effective.

Five Stars
This pen helps reduce the pain of my writing with my Dupuytrens.

One star for the look, but design drawbacks - not helpful for painful hands-
The look of the pen is cool, but because of several design details, not helpful for my arthritic hands. Requires gripping (stresses thumb joint), made of hard plastic that has no give, requires considerable pen to paper pressure (would probably be easier w/gel rollerball), sharp point of cap pokes hand if it is placed on other end while in use (and don’t be fooled by picture - does not work as a stylus on your phone). It is too uncomfortable to use but cannot be returned, so a $15 loss.Try the PenAgain - design is brilliant, makes writing possible for me again.

Fun design that helps alleviate pain
An interesting design that helps me write without pain! Love it!

Not bad but overpriced
This pen is more comfortable for me that a regular pen. However, you can buy three PenAgains (which I probably like a touch better than the RinG Pen) for abut half the price of RinR Pen. RinG Pen is piece of plastic with a mini inexpensive ball point refill. I don't understand the price. Worth a try but doubtful I would buy another.
