Perfesto Glow Happy Birthday Banner and 200 3D Star Stickers

This is a sturdy, nice looking banner that really glows! I really appreciated the bonus star stickers. My daughter and her friends had fun sticking them on their faces. They really glow under a blacklight. Note, the stars and banner glow at night without a blacklight too. I'm impressed by the quality.
