İ brought this for a friend who is recovering from hip surgery and is only allowed to partial weight bear. This stick has an adjustable height so suitable for all persons. The four prongs on the bottom make it safe for walking as it is not slip and suitable for my friend to use at the beach . The stick appears to be sturdy and made of good materials .

Flawed design
Although the product is good visible quality it has an inherent flaw in the design. The purpose of the stick is to give stability to the walker. The top part of the shaft is shaky and if some weight is put on the handle the shaft shifts to a shorter height suddenly. This could cause a fall the very thing we are trying to avoid by using this product.
