Frutique Mandarin Anti Puff Eye Roller, 0.5 Ounce

The applicator definitely is slightly problematic, sometimes I have to shake it down to the roller ball to make the product come out, and sometimes way too much comes out, but overall this is the best anti-puff stick I've used. It does nothing for dark circles, and it can't be used under makeup (it pills), but I keep it in my refrigerator and use it first thing upon waking and it de-puff's really quickly.

Nothing comes out at the top when I roll it.

Box was discolored and looked really really old, appears to be used.
