I have been using this supplement with my three-year-old son, who - due to additional needs - has a very restricted diet. Whether it is a coincidence or not, since using this supplement, his behaviour has improved markedly, particularly his sleep. Since beginning this spray one week ago, he has gone from waking in the night every evening, to sleeping through every night but one. I use 8 sprays of the supplement, which is easily disguised in yoghurt or pudding. I will be continuing to use this vitamin supplement as it seems to be making a real difference and gives me peace of mind he’s getting the nutrients he’s missing from his diet!
