Works great!
Setup is a bit convoluted, but the seller sent a video link that made it easier. Delivery date said like 1 month out, but it arrived within the week. Seems to work very well. Automatically records both lines. The voice quality is excellent and it seems to be reliable so far. Impressed, not many products on the market like this.

Minimal installation instructions, NO user's manual.
The software disc that came with it did not work. THere is nowhere on the website to download the software. I finally got it to work, and it seems to work fine however, it would be nice to have a manual on how to use the software. I haven't been able to figure out how to delete calls that I don't want to save among other things.

BE VERY CAREFUL INSTALLING
BE VERY CAREFUL INSTALLING. The drivers disable ALL USB devices. So if your PC does not support PS2 you cannot recover. There are no phone numbers or other contact info provided with the item.

Awesome Product, Work like charm.
I am using this product for last 4 months with no complaints..Record 2 lines phone system with individual call record details so you can search by time , last 4 numbers ,in or out going or line 1 or 2

Very useful, and very very easy to use product
Received this one day prior to expected. Packaging ok. Product of good finish qaulity. Easy to install. Prompt technical support available. Installed on server 2012 R2. Working fine.One glitch: The installation CD came with the package was currupt. So was not able to install by myself. I needed to call their helpline, who installed it by remote access.

Nice and quality product
I bought this korecall voice recorder last week. It's awsome and it is great convenient to me. Recorder software also userfriendly. If you want any tech support call them. They are really support great. And also they will help you to connect or any doubt you want to connect this voice recorder. This is useful for me and cost of this device are cheaper. Thanks for Korecall team for the support and good product quality.
