I was tired of spending so much on multivitamins for me and my 13 year old son every month. Found these, and I like them. I'm actually glad that it's taken 3 times a day. I think your body can absorb more in divided doses. They don't give me headaches or make my pee bright yellow, so the B vitamins must be in the right amounts for me ,and I have to assume my body is absorbing them. No heartburn and the price is right.

My absolute favorite multivitamin ever. Not to extremely high in the vitamins, just right. Also, no copper, no iron, which is what I wanted. Just the minerals that I do want. I hope that life extension never stops making this. I purchased this for some relatives as well because I love it so much
