OK but used to be better
Tags Not as durable as prior models made years before, some of the tags now simply stop working and won't program after a few months.Ones I had bought years ago generally worked better and lasted longer.

Works OK but missleading listing
Have used this tracker with satisfaction for years but needed new parts, including spare tags and a battery charger in order to switch to rechargeable batteries. For the advertised price, it seemed like a good deal, even though I didn't need a new tracker. The box came with one tag only, not the 4 tags pictured, so the listing is incorrect, and it's no longer a good deal for me.Replaceable tag battery longevity has been an issue, varying from 1 day to 10 days, for no apparent reason. The advertised 30-60 daysAlso, often a tag stop working because the battery no longe makes good contact (clean all contacts and battery, increase contact spring tension). While opening the tag to replace the battery it's very easy to break off the tabs that hold the cover on. However the silicone cover mostly still holds it together.

useless for finding pet when it counts
I would not recommend this product. I bought it because it could track a pet for longer distance than most other solutions. But when I needed it the most it was not useful. My cat disappeared, and there was no way this tool could help track her. The problem is you sort of need to know in which direction an animal went in order for the tool to be helpful. The ability to track a longer distance is not useful unless you know which way you need to go. (And yes, I followed the instructions for orienting the device very carefully). The next time, I will buy a GPS focused solution, because at least that can give me a visual headstart on where my cat has gone. Sorry to write this review, but it really mattered to me because I lost an animal I treasured and the tracker was useless.

Garbage
I lost my tab cat handset so I thought I’d save a few bucks and give this one of go. No where near the capability of the tab cat and generally it is just a POS
