I don’t think this spice jar set is PERFECT…the jars move around a bit in the sleeves, and seem like they might be a bit fragile for “real” camping.BUT! Overall, this set is really cool, and this is going to make a great Secret Santa gift for my friend (sorry if you’re reading this early, Spence!).I filled the jars with bulk spices I think he’ll like, and he can use them whether or not he’s camping/adventuring. I sure hope he likes it. :)

Rather than camping, I bought this to use aboard my sailboat so that I can keep my seasoning jars and oil bottles/tins down in the pantry while having this conveniently tucked into the spice race or hanging from a grab rail in the galley. It works well for the first option and its' nice that after using the oils for cooking, I can grab it and take it to the cabin or cockpit tables where I eat, for salt and pepperin'. Glad I bought it -- Turned out to be a good idea.Downsides are that the vials will slip out of the loops eventually if you hang it, as I had originally intended to do. And that the liquids vials, the rubber seal usually won't come off with the screw top, so you have to pry it off and get cooking oils on your fingers. Still...I like it. Saves space on my small spice rack.

The media could not be loaded. Amazon is alway a gamble. Sometimes it’s a bomb and sometimes it’s a winner! In this case it is a winner. As the video shows fits loose leaf tea and herbs like a dream. Multiple servings in each tube. Very lightweight for traveling via plane or backpack. All screw tops secure tightly as do the corks. Really so pleased with this! Happy travels with your new spice or tea traveling pouch. Where food shall not be dull and tea shall not be bagged!

The reason I'm doing a review on this item is that usually I give good reviews and I don't review the ones I don't like. But that's not fair to people so I feel like I should review this product. What I did not like about this before I even received it was the fact that I found it for $14 cheaper as soon as I scrolled around a little bit. The second thing I did not like after I received it was the bottles with the lids on them do not have the plastic insert to seal liquids in. The cheaper one I ordered does have that feature. Also, one of the loops holding the glass bottle is so loose the vial slides easily through and will fall on the floor if you are not careful. The other issue that everybody seem to have is that the cork stoppers on the bottles fallout easily. This can be remedied by getting some slightly wide rubber bands and putting them over the bottle lengthwise and that should solve that. I returned this item for a refund and ordered the much less expensive version from someone else. It is what it is, and I think it's a great idea and I believe it will work very well for light camping trips.

This is probably one of the best things I’ve ever bought from Amazon! It is no leaking or spilling. The case is very very durable and I use mine for herbs and tinctures to have on hand and haven’t had no issues. I’m actually thinking about purchasing another one! Highly recommend this item.
