I had looked at a bracelet like this when I was out in a local mall and fell in love with the sparkle but not the price tag. I was very happy to find the bracelet being sold by Bling Jewelry when I searched Amazon. I ordered the bracelet and when it arrived...it was beautiful. Unfortunately after only one wear, many crystals had fallen out and others appeared crushed...I was crushed. I contacted Amazon for return information so I could send the bracelet back. I received a prompt reply and a shipping label to print and affix to my return. The cost of the bracelet was promptly refunded to my credit card...excellent customer service. As for the bracelet...well it was beautiful...for a day :(

This is exactly what I wanted :) it looks sooo pretty and makes me feel beautiful when I wear it. All my friends ask me where I bought it and I tell them! Definitely the perfect piece of jewelry to wear out somewhere nice. Thank you!!

Bracelet is nice

Love the bling jewlery service. The bracelet arrived a day before the scheduled time so that was great. Everyone asks me about the bracelet and where i got it from. I love it i get a lot of attention from it. The only negative thing that I found about it was that the crystals on the 2 ends of the bracelet started to fall out on there own. Its a great bracelet but the crystals on the 2 studs that you touch to adjust the bracelet crystal's fall out. Everything else is on point 😎
