After going through too many vacuum cleaner bags, I realized quite by accident that it would be better to get some sort of squeegee broom to collect all the dog hair on the carpet. After reading that the competitor product FURemover was not effective or sturdy for carpets, I stumbled upon the Lilly Mighty Pet Hair Detailer. And mighty it is. The photos are from raking one small bedroom and only part of the living room. For scale, my hound is 65 pounds - my other dog (also a shedder) is 65 pounds. The Might Pet Hair Detailer readily gathered up the surface hair. I can only imagine how much I will now be able to save on my vacuum canister bags. The pile in the photo would be at least one bag right there. Thank you, Lilly!

I have had pets for about forever and have battled with pet hair and shedding all that time. After fostering some cats this last year, this problem became a huge problem. This product, this amazing product, has saved my carpets and my sanity. It truly is Mighty!It is well built, made of quality materials that look to be durable, and is a good size (width of the double wiper blade and length of the handle) to take on the full size task of cleaning pet hair from carpets, rugs, and furniture. The price is reasonable enough that I will probably get a second one so I am not always running up and down the stairs to get it. They have also produced a small handheld device that is on my “must get” list to handle the small spaces.

I am embarrassed to share this review, but I could not believe how well this worked on my carpet. I have 2 long-haired dogs who shed like crazy. I also have a big, heavy Dyson vacuum that I thought was doing a pretty good job on my carpets. The photo I attached to my review is what the magical Lilly Brush floor sweeper pulled out of the carpet AFTER I HAD ALREADY USED THE DYSON. I have a couple other Lilly Brush tools which are fantastic, and this thing is no exception. My only very minor complaint is that I think the handle could be a bit longer (I am 5’7” and it just feels like it could be a bit longer) - but for results like this tool delivers - I will deal with that minor inconvenience. I highly recommend it.

I have two golden retrievers, so you can imagine how much hair I have in my house. I also have carpet that regular vacuums don't completely clean. This product is fantastic for picking up pet hair. I was a little skeptical at first given the description of the product, but I can honestly say this removes pet hair better than any other product I have ever tried. The only caveat is that it takes some muscle to clean with, but frankly that should be expected. Great product all around.

Oh my goodness, I finally found a product that works on my high pile area rugs! With a constantly shedding German Shepherd, dog hair has just become an accepted part of our decor. Even with two Dyson vacuums, multiple attachments, brooms, and every grooming implement that my poor dog will tolerate, the clouds of hair settle into carpet, furniture, under everything that has an, uh, under… We just kind of accepted it as the way our life was going to be. Then I found this tool! After vacuuming my bedroom rug it still had a ton of visible dog hair, so I attacked it with the Lilly brush. Oh my heck. Shocking. So much hair. Piles of the stuff came out! It looked like the rug hadn’t been vacuumed in a year! Amazing! It’s so satisfying to use, and even though cleaning isn’t my favorite job, this is just instant gratification. You do need to put a little effort into it, which is kind of obvious (some folks seem to think they should just be able to float the brush over the rug and magically remove all traces of hair, lol) but not any more than, say, mopping a floor. Super product and well worth buying.
