It was great once we got it put together.

I did not receive the required gaskets with the faucet! This unit is being manufactured in China and the faucet and its gaskets are custom made. You have to wait a week to receive them from China! You cannot find them easily in the US. I went couple (more than 7 and spent couple hours) hardware stores. My plumber could not install the unit because of the missing gaskets! I have lost almost a week (could not open my grooming place on time!)!I was very disappointed with this purchase!!!!

The tub is big, which is good for big dogs but it's not very little dog friendly. I've been using it a couple of months now, and the biggest problem is the gratesThe holes are too big and a couple of dogs have got their pads stuck in the holes - which completely terrified me. I now cover the while thing with a plastic drawer liner that covers the holes but allows the water to drain. You'll definitely need to cover up the holes.Also, you cant raise the grates, there's no upper level to do the small dog so essentially you'll be leaning way over to reach down to wash the small dogs. My back is sore almost every day.To counter this I've got crates i put in the tub and put one of the grates on them to lift the height.Putting it together was not straight forward, had to get some extra parts to make it work with my plumbing set up.The shower nozzle is not great either, so I got a wand to connect to it instead.Overall it's sturdy, but impractical for busy groomers.If I could return it I would, and wish I had have paid attention to the small details before buying.I will be replacing it as soon as my shop makes enough money to do so.Maybe good for home use with big dogs, but definitely not good for small ones!

This tub didn't have good reviews but I am very pleased with it. I'm a professional groomer of over 30yrs and have used many different tubs and am happy with this one. Only thing I dislike is the door. It does not slide and have to completely remove and reposition it when using steps for big dogs. Many complaints about not having assembly instructions, however there was an assembly sheet included and wasn't hard to decifer at all. Sturdy but light enough that it can be easily moved after assembly.

No instructions with this tub! Very hard to find a video or any information for it online or any sort of customer service help! Tub looks great but very not happy because now I have a bunch of pieces sitting in here and have no idea how it goes together. It’s now been about a year and a half and the welds on the tub from leaning on it has completely let go. Now I have to find someone who welds stainless steel to fix it. The welds were tiny little specks where they tack welded it. Then the faucet started leaking from inside the faucet. When I took the faucet off, I realized that the entire inside of the faucet was completely utterly rusted out. Obviously, they made it out of plain steel instead of plastic or stainless. I would not buy this tub.
