Backlit keyboard issue
This laptop doesn’t have backlit keyboard on laptop but seller written wrong in description that it is blacklit keyboard laptop.i buy it because i found written it’s a backlit keyboard but it doesn’t have.very poor behaviour from seller.Don’t buy it if you buy for backlit keyboard facilities.this is not the backlit keyboard laptop

Product is not same as written in description. item ell Newest Business Laptop Latitude 5520 is not with backlight light. Deliver order in wrong location and without notify to customer.

The laptop i recieved has sceen resolution of 1366 x 768 whereas the specifications posted shows 1920 x 1080.

Received fast delivery
So far the lap top has been great. Just what I expected. Set up was easy.

No Customer Service
Purchased what I though was from Dell. Turns out PConline365 is the seller. When I received the laptop, the power button was not functioning properly. I called PConline365 twice but zero response. I was able to return but buyer beware. The manufacturers warranty was not valid for the entire time so it appears that PConline purchased the laptop as the owner and I lost a few months of warranty. I was able to register with dell but I had to transfer ownership. No love here.
