So I get that the package says 7.5-9.5 in but every single one was 8in which I just at least needed 1 that size. I got the package and 4 of them were sealed and fine but then like 8 more were in a bag that was already opened and all the edges(bark) were broken off. For the price I can probably still do something with them but I was annoyed that they didn't even come protected they were just in a bag. On top of that alot of the pieces have green marks on them that kind of looks like mildew.

This is the 2nd batch of 100 that we ordered to create ornaments for Christmas. On this order, over 50% of them have cracked or split when painted with a coat of water-based acrylic paint so that we are unable to use them. Also, another 25% of them arrived without bark on the outside, as was advertised, so that we cannot use them to fulfill orders, also. This is so ridiculous and disappointing--especially since this is for my 16-year old daughter's Etsy business. How is she supposed to make money on the orders when about 75% of this 100 batch are of such poor and shoddy quality? It is unacceptable and we would not bother to order this again, unless we get some type of replacement from the company.

I ordered the 9-11 inch size. The biggest one I received is pictured and not even 8 inches, let alone 9-11 and less than 1/2 inch thick. Returned.

I ordered the 9"-11" wood rounds. As you can see, these are still in the package and stacked up as delivered. Not even close to 9", let alone 11". Otherwise they're pieces of raw wood. So if you want 8" rounds, order 9"-11" and pay the extra for those and end up getting the smaller size. Totally disappointed.

These are very thin, they are light in color which is nice but there are only 12 usable ones in my pack- the rest are chipped on the sides or have dark blemishes in the center. Really disappointed in the quality for the price.
