Be careful where you store them
Got these a month ago and have used them twice. I kept both tools in there little suede pouches in the box they came in to prevent them from breaking. However, the cuticle pusher has chipped on each end, pretty much rendering it useless. Two days outside return window.

Holding Up Nicely
I tried a couple other "glass" files. They stopped working because the grain was sprayed on them. I found this one from a blog that mentioned this is actually etched grain. It truly is. Easy to clean and works wonders. It hasn't lost its grain at all.
