This is a quality object, and compared to other similar items, the longer length makes it easier to use. Highly recommended.

Big enough
Even without reading the instructions, putting the scooper together was easy and fast. This is NOT a folding scooper! Once assembled, it is more solid than a folding scoop. You can see my old one (green handle) next to the new one with the blue handle. I also liked that it was longer and easier to use than the old one. Some reviews cited weak points in the plastic, but it does not seem to be weak at all. The reason I had to buy this one is one of the springs broke on my old one, which means the spring is the weak point, not the plastic!My two greyhounds are 73 and 83 pounds, so a large scoop was important to us. This scoop works well on sand, grass, and concrete surfaces. The teeth allow any sand or dirt to shake out, which means less weight is being thrown into the poop bucket. If you have a big dog, you need a big scoop!

This is one of the best. The springs are not stiff. It opens and closes so smoothly.

Recommend
This is the real MVP. I use it for my yard if the dogs (3 pits) have been hanging out there. I wish I could give it 4.5 stars cuz I’m only taking the half point off cuz it’s short (which is saying something, I’m only 5’1) and the bottom of it was too big for my doggie bags- I just keep it outside full time and hose it off but man is it useful and does a good job. Definitely recommend!

Not meant for a lot of usages
It held up for maybe a year. Picking up after 4 adult dogs, from small to large, and 6 large breed puppies being house trained.

Breaks easily
Great pooper scooper, but it breaks pretty easily. This is the 3rd one we have purchased.
