I replaced the mounting hardware as the included material really is not sufficient, but that was expected. Warms nicely and has a clean, simple look. Some folks complain that the towels are not sufficiently warmed all over, but you need a towel warming hamper if that is what you are expecting. This does exactly what it is supposed to do and looks nice doing it. I only wish I could shorten the power cord (stuff it inside the tube?) but that is not possible for the plug-in style power cord. Still, not too shabby.

Fifteen months after purchasing a Sharndy Towel Warmer (ETW44), the heating element stopped working. Light still comes on - but no heat. Checked volts & amps; all's good. Had to dig real deep in vendor site to find a customer inquiry email address. Sharndy said to return the item to the shop where I bought it. Amazon is doing a good job of supporting me until the vendor responds. Overall - not impressed with Sharndy at this point. I now have a towel rack - not a towel warmer. KV

i’ve always had heated towel racks till I moved to this house… So replacement was in order, this one works perfectly, we hung it upside down, so that the cord would reach more closely to the outlet, and the on off switch is now on the top. warms the towels very nicely! Would definitely recommend

The unit came in a brown cardboard box that was well beaten up by USPS. Upon opening i find it is a nice bag as shown in the 1st photo. After taking it out of the bag I see some paint missing at a few joints as shown in photo 2, the rest of the paint is solid, may or may not be manufacturing fault, may be the fault of USPS, either way a little satin high temp paint will make it well quite easily. Install parts came packaged well (photo 3), some extra mounting screws and he’d set screws of which i needed an extra set screws as one was in the unit very tight and the included hex wrench stripped the head. If you look at the instructions and take a minute or two to think through how you will install it, it goes up easily, i have an easy bonus as my house is a cedar log home so I don’t need to worry about using lag fittings or the such in drywall. It took me about 30 minutes with a tape measure, Phillips head screw driver and a level and it looks very nice (photo 4) yes it has a cord, yes it will show, yes you can minimize all of that either by shortening the cord with another outlet on the end or just coil the cord and put it behind the rack, it’s not rocket surgery. Being the Neanderthal I am, I tried pressing and holding the control ON button with no luck only to discover that if you are gentle it is merely a quick touch and not a press to get it turned on. Temp adjustable from 100-130 degrees, timer can be set ON our in 1 hour increments. Gradually gets toasty in about 5-10 minutes. My take on it thus far is it’s a nice sturdy unit, does what it’s supposed to do, looks good, i am very satisfied and will try it out for a few walks and if it continues working like this I will order a second one for my other bathroom.

I love this product! Received and put it up within the hour - so easy to install. Put this in the bathroom of our RV and it’s so nice to get out of the shower and have a warm towel. It’s the little things that keep my smile going!

I am bummed with this purchase... even with another towel placed overtop for insulation and a half-hour+ to warm up a single towel, you barely even notice it was warmed. :(

The directions did not match the unit I received. The directions showed that the attachment of the support bars to the heating bars is the same for all 4 bars. However, the way to attach the bar next to the power cord was totally different for the unit I received. I had to figure it out for myself and the holes did not line up exactly right. The only way to attach it was to use brute force in order to line up the holes, and the bar is now mashing down on the grommet surrounding the power cord. It took me over an hour to complete that part of the installation. Once installed, the unit works well and has a nice appearance.

This wall mounted towel dryer arrived with the most perfect packaging. It was in a protective pouch with all the necessary pieces for assembly tucked neatly in a box. The installation was easy, especially after viewing the video. I am very impressed.
