Q: How can I prepare this coffee? Can I brew it with filter coffee machine?

Dear Customer, we recommend the following foolproof way to brew our coffee. You will need a Turkish Coffee pot and a kitchen scale. 1- Put the empty pot on the scale and press tare/zero. 2- Add water and coffee to the pot in the following ratio (1 coffee: 10 water) and stir. 3- Place the pot on medium-high to high heat till starts simmering. 4- Once, the foam starts to rise immediately remove the pot and the coffee should be ready to serve. Turkish coffee is an ultra-fine ground coffee and the only recommended way to brew it is using a Turkish Coffee pot, known as Cevze, Ibrik, Kanakah, or Douleh. You can use also a Turkish Coffee Machine. Brewing it in a filter coffee machine will result in a watery taste less final product.

Q: Can this coffee be used in moka pot?

i think its too finely ground for a moka pot alot it would seep through the tiny holes but you could i guess its not gonna be all clean like espresso but u like a muddy espresso then maybe yeah

Q: What is the difference between Original and Extra Cardamom?

Dear Customer, both products are made from %100 Arabica Speciality-grade coffee beans. The Original is a pure ultra-fine ground coffee without any additional ingredients, while the Extra Cardamom has a very generous amount of certified Alleppey Indian Cardamom. From a cultural point of view, Armenian, Greek, North African, and Turkish people usually prefer their coffee non-flavored. However, in the Levant and other Arab regions, folks like their coffee flavored with cardamom and take pride in adding more of it as a taste preference and gesture of generosity.
