The best investment a pizza lover can make!
Loved it! Bought the Ooni Koda 16 to master our home pizza making game and I’m so happy with my purchase.A big shoutout to the Pizza Pro team and especially Mr Praveen who was proactively working to make sure our order reached us on time since delivery was delayed by Bluedart. They continue to have some of the best customer service and have provided untiring support over WhatsApp to all my queries :)The oven is amazing and with the right dough recipe we’ve been able to churn out amazing restaurant style Pizzas at home at a fraction of the price. The oven is solidly reliable, looks sleek, and is exceptionally easy to setup and use. Just need to get your hands on an LPG cylinder (which I had to get since my home runs on piped gas), and you’re good to go.It does take 40 mins or so on high to reach 400*C which PizzaPro assured me is normal since you don’t get pure Propane in India, and LPG contains high volumes of butane which makes it difficult to attain high temperatures in the 20 mins advertised on the Ooni website and booklets. Once it’s ripping hot, it takes less than 80 seconds to get a pizza ready. Make sure to get an infrared thermometer to monitor temps! Can be easily used for making naans, grilling veggies and meat, among other things. Super excited to explore the full possibilities!
