Heavy Duty Dip Station Stand Bar for Home and Gym

Dip station came with some damage. Came in box with no padding. Fortunately damage was minor. One ding on end of grip where plastic end cap attaches and and dents/scrapes on top edge of vertical post where plastic top cap attaches. With end caps in place damage is hardly noticeable. Still proper padding would likely have prevented this. Other complaint is this thing isn't as sturdy as it could be. I'm 6' 4" 200 lbs and it shakes a good bit especially when I started to tire and my muscles are shaking. The whole thing begins to shake and it's harder to control my movement which I feel takes away from the workout a little in that I can't be as controlled with each rep. If it was braced diagonally from the floor beams to the vertical posts it would likely cut down on this instability. I do like how high the grips are from the floor. Due to the height of them I could go below parallel on dips if I wanted to without tucking my legs up behind me at all which is really nice because when you tuck your legs you're using some extra energy that you could be using for the dip. Besides these issues I'm satisfied with the overall quality and finish of the dip station and considering the low price it's a steal.

Strong, affordable and arrived faster than expected.Setup was easy. You will need two pliers and a Phillips driver. It would also help to have a second person to hold the unit.I am dipping with my body weight at 212Lbs and there is no wobble. I will be getting plates and will dip with more weight and I will follow up with that. I have also done leg raises, too, with no issues.Packaging was well done. Everything is secured and wrapped in plastic to prevent dents.

Feels very sturdy for my 170lbs frame. Parts looks in decent quality as well. It does have a little paint scent when just removed from the box but that went away after a couple days. Overall a pretty solid product that I would recommend to someone else who wanted a simply gym at their home.

It's a simple and good equipment. After work, at home, I can easily move my body with it. So that the body can be relaxed. And the price is more affordable.

NOT "Heavy Duty" as advertised! Thickness of the steel bars is substandard. When assembling the unit, tightening the bolts causes the steel bars to crush and deform in the area of attachment. Poor quality.
