I was really excited to try an oval iron, but this isn't a true oval, I dont even know what shape to call it. It has almost points where the two plates meet to make the "oval" shape and because of that when you wrap your hair around it leaves almost a kink like mark in some places making it sloppy looking and not in the "cute" sloppy beach waves you want.Will be returning.Hopefully the remake the deign and give it a true oval shape in one even plate.

I am super disappointed with this. I’ve tried to make it work and it just doesn’t. I’ve tried every temperature setting and the hair falls like 30 minutes later. I’ve tried different people’s hair, different products, doing different things post curl. I feel like I’ve tried everything. I wish I could return since this was so expensive.
