If you're looking to just transfer photos or videos from an SD/microSD card to your iOS device, this device somewhat gets the job done: it requires an app (iDiskk) that is not very user-friendly and has some severe limitations.1) It does not support 4K video (tried importing from a DJI Mavic, no-go)2) Only allows you to transfer RAW image files one-by-one. This is of course a major pain after a day of shooting when you just want to dump everything (like the .CR2 files from my Canon) to your phone/tablet.3) Does not allow you to import RAW files straight into the camera roll. You have to use an intermediary app like Lightroom Mobile which can then export them into the native Photos app.4) It does not last. After only 6-7 times of using it, my iPad and iPhone no longer recognise the reader.EDIT: Reducing my rating from 2 to 1 stars since customer service is non-existent. I wasn't able to find a manufacturer's website for support/warranty, and the seller refused to repair or replace the item.

I will be going on a 7 day vacation to the Puerto Vallarta, Mexico in 2 days. I brought a new Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1” tablet just to kind of test it out and also for work. With the tablet, I also bought a San Disk 64 GB Micro SD card. I wanted to put some movies on it, since I was trying to create the greatest collection of movies. So I thought I could put the movies on the Micro SD Card and watch them when I was on my way to Mexico. The Micro SD Card didn't read on my computer at first. I searched on Google and found out that external adapters weren't able to read a 64 GB Micro SD card. The Micro SD Card came with an SD Adapter but in my laptop, the slot wasn’t there. I needed a external type of Micro SD Card that would be able to read my 64 GB card, which was not even sold at a local Best Buy. Until I searched in Amazon, and I came cross ENTECH SD TF Card and the price was a very cheap. I immediately got it and this object, with its variety of functions, is exactly what I was looking for. The reader served its main purposes, even though the physical aspect of it made me skeptical. There are barely any reviews on this product, but I took my chance on this and I surely wasn’t disappointed.

So... I do photography as a hobby and sometimes I volunteer at non-profit events. If you are not putting up photos to Instagram or Facebook, you are basically shooting yourself in the foot. I really love my Canon Ti cameras and I already have all my equipment setup around them.This device worked well.Very Fast: boom boom bang... upload to instagram... hot switching.Very Robust: I dropped it a couple times, in sand, in grass, in these but a little wet...I often just give it to people I just took out photos for, so they can upload to whatever they want to using their phone. Never any problems. (Yes, I use Magic Lantern to Watermark my photos :) , They Still crop it out sometimes) but I digress.Great gadget if you are out in the field and don't have wireless capable DSLR.

This is a great device for anyone looking to travel without carrying any laptop around to view images. I usually take photos on my camera and used to plug it on my nexus 5x so I do not have to carry a laptop every single trip I take. It was only one time the card wasn’t reading, but that also might be the Android’s fault so for that I wont take a star away. If you travel often and in dire need of watching movies in long flights especially international and not willing to pay for the WiFi in the airplane, and have your own set of movies, this is the best move to make. This is overall a great little gadget that can go anywhere as it deserves an A+ from me.

Honestly very glad I cam across this product on Amazon. I have been looking for drives made with the 8-pin plug for iPhone. This product’s versatility speaks for itself as it can hold micro SD cards as well as SD cards. To use it on my iPhone , I usually use it to format the SD cards in my computer. If you are looking for something very versatile with an its pin reader this is the best I have found.

This is very efficient for my cell phone as it works out of the box and most importantly for my purposes. I have photo shootouts all the time, needing me to carry my DSLR and is very convenient and easy for me to instantly view photos on my phone for proofing. This makes my life easier because this literally saves me a lot of weight from carrying like my laptop.

This product arrived timely and was fully functional as it was described. I essentially got it for my Surface Pro, and it was working with no issue and as soon as I switched to iPhone, it also worked perfectly for that as I only had to download an app. This could also take two USB devices at the same time as there is also a slot for SD Card.
