Vendor cut open carton and re-taped it?
Carton was cut open, then re-taped poorly. Tape let go, side of carton was bashed in. Approximately 100 - 125 cups total (5 -15 in many different packs) were cracked and useless.Edit: 3-30-14 My original review was on the seller/shipper at that time. Since then, I have bought the same item from Amazon vender Wayfair, which arrived in great shape with maybe one or two damaged cups. Now I rate this 5 stars.
