We got our new DVD player today. Perfect size for traveling. Top is the monitor that can rotate, but not to use like a tablet because monitor will then rest on speakers. DVD player has buttons to play both videos and audio CD's. Volume button has 4 sides for changing sound , and rewind or forward buttons above. DVD player is in center of top. Have to pull tag out to play it. Log on & off switch on right side. Comes with remote control that uses 2AAA batteries. Also comes with AC/DC cord, coaxial 3 way cords to hook up to TV and a USB connection that fits an automobile USB port or cigarette lighter. After plugging AC/DC into right side, on off button is next to it. Hole for earplugs as well.We really love it. The color is beautiful on screen. We travel in our SUT & at night we can put the DVD player on hooked up to USB if need be. We carry lots of DVD's & CD's. I was going to buy a CD player, but this player does it all!! I'm going to purchase again from this seller because of their kindness in my transaction.

Better than expected purchase. Sound and video quality are perfect for watching DVD's

I purchased this DVD player on the basis of the reviews and also because it is a region – free device. The first one I received was defective. The volume, even at the highest setting could barely be heard. The DVDs would not play properly but had pixelation and stalling. The dialogue and the movement of the mouths on the screen were out of sink. In short, the first DVD player was terrible. I returned it and ordered a second player. I am very happy to say that the replacement is true to both the positive customer reviews and the company's description. The problems with the first DVD player sounded exactly like the problems a customer had mentioned in one of the reviews so I have to wonder if maybe a previous defective player was mistakenly restocked. At any rate, I am happy with this DVD player for its large screen, beautifully rendered coloration, range of volume, compatibility with various power sources and especially its region – free feature. What I don't like is that there is no warning when the power is low. The unit just unceremoniously shuts off. One other feature I am not satisfied with is that there is very little flexibility in moving to various parts of the DVD. For example, the unit does not allow fast forwarding through previews and only seems to make the title page available at the beginning. If attempting to toggle back to the title page at any other point in the DVD contents, an X appears on the screen and the user is unable to go back to the main title page. The user should be able to go to any point in the DVD desired. These restrictions seem as though they were put in place for children, which I am not. It is annoying to say the least, but the other features have a way of making these unnecessary restrictions somewhat tolerable, if frustrating for this adult user.

We just went on a long trip. My husband always does the driving and I get bored. This was perfect, it gave me something to watch and my husband listened to the movies play. It is lightweight. It is easy to use. It has a remote. It has great sound quality and great picture quality. The charge lasts a long time. This will be great when the little kids come to visit.

The unit is very easy to use and the battery life is very good. I like that it will read just about everything. It is very handy on trips etc.
