UPDATE October 2018:I had purchased this product for my mother who has frequent UTI/Bladder infections. When I first learned about this product I was impressed by the reviews and got on auto-delivery. For a while, as long as my mother used D-Mannose, she did not get an infection. Unfortunately, shortly after I wrote my review for this product things changed drastically.My mother has a history of Bladder and Urinary Tract Infections. These have increased in frequency the older she gets, and about two years ago she became unresponsive to all antibiotics. I have taken her to regular doctors, Gynecologists, Urologists, Urogynecologists, Infectious Disease Doctors, etc., as well as trying just about every Natural Remedy available such as Probiotics, D-Mannose, Manuka Honey w/ Lemons & Vinegar, Cinnamon, Cranberry, Herbal Teas, etc ... etc ... etc. You name it and we've tried it. The D-Mannose seemed to work for some time ... but not anymore. No one and nothing has helped. Not the greatest sentence structure, but you know what I mean.I honestly believe that had we been able to start my mother on D-Mannose years earlier that we never would have ended up in a life and death situation. So, I still like this product and recommend it. I am grateful for U.T. Vibrance and will never be without having a couple jars on hand. I have been using it for myself. However, if you have a serious problem with these types of infections, and nothing else has worked for you, then please keep reading.The last two years have been a living hell. As soon as my mother would get through an infection another one would be setting in. During this time I had to take her to the Emergency Room a few times because the infection would be so bad. One night, as usual, she was feeling bad. She had just completed a round of antibiotics and another infection was getting started. Mom just wanted to go to sleep. I didn't feel right about it so I got her up instead. I was taking her to another room where I could observe her when she suddenly collapsed in my arms. Suddenly, in an instant, she could not walk or talk. I called 911. The doctor told me that had I let her go to bed and sleep she would have died. The infection was raging through her system. While in the hospital they gave her liquid antibiotics. When she got home she started her sixteenth round of antibiotics. The 16th round of back-to-back antibiotics! These antibiotics not only did not cure my mother, but also made her sick. Not one doctor was able to help. Their only response was to take another damn prescription and to go bother another so-called doctor.One afternoon I stumbled onto C60… see link below. It has most of the symptoms of a UTI/Bladder infection, but you will not have an infection. My mother has this condition too. Unless fermented, soy causes cancer, stunted growth in children, etc. Honestly, I have tried absolutely EVERYTHING … medically prescribed and natural healing … and, eating a healthy diet. When someone you love is sick you will search high and low for something to help them. I made the mistake of picking up another brand of d-mannose in store on Wednesday because it was cheaper than this one. D-mannose is d-mannose, is it not? WRONG! I figured the cheaper brand would tide me over while I waited for this brand to come in the mail from amazon, but the cheaper brand of d-mannose was an absolute joke. Wednesday night found me clutching a heating pad, crying in the bathroom. Thursday had me considering antibiotics (but still I was an idiot who continued trying the powdered sugar pretending to be d-mannose), Friday morning had me calling my doctor to get an appointment and a prescription. UT Vibrance package arrived today, so I took a dose before I got the antibiotic rx . ONE HOUR LATER and I felt normal. No pain, no urgency, very minimal to almost nonexistent burning sensation. I’ve just taken my second dose about five minutes ago and I’m writing my review fully appreciating the sense of calm in my body and my ability to use the bathroom sans tears. This product is a godsend (I’ve tried four brands of d-mannose on the market. If my memory serves me correctly, this one is the most effective but also made me feel a little bloated last time. This product works! and it has extra important ingredients that most urinary health products don't have. I have this on hand always-just in case. And it gives me peace of mind. Knowing I have it on hand. And I can count on it working. So if you're on the fence-no need. Buy it, you won't be disappointed.

This stuff is a lifesaver. I am not a review writer but when i find a product that really changes my life i feel the need to share with others. This product has done just that. For some reason, i get recurrent UTIs and have gotten these for some time. I HATE taking drugs and have had problems that came from taking too many antibiotics in a short period of time for UTIs, but i didnt know what else to do? it is not something you can ignore and it usually quickly becomes sever for me. I have tried so many other things to try and stop one before taking antibiotics, but always end up having to and am left feeling defeated and with the side effects that come from the anitbiotics (yeast infections, stomach problems, skin problems, etc). After getting my third UTI in 2 months, i was desperate and did not want to take the drugs so i searched and searched and found this little miracle in a bottle. It cured m UTI better and faster than antibiotics and am hoping that it stays away this time. i have used D-mannose with some success for prevention before, but could never get it to cure an actual infection. this did. I am beside myself with gratitude for the maker of this product and for finding it. I will use this now every time i have sex (as this seems to bring them on) and any time i feel a slight twinge of a UTI. If i get another full blown infection i will follow the instructios and take the whole bottle until it is gone. I am pleases as punch and will follow up with an update on how this has worked to keep them away because i really feel antibiotics create a perpectual cycle of infection by killing off your good bacteria and leaving your immune system compromised.DO NOT HESITATE.
