Better than I could have expected!
When I bought these there weren't any other reviews so I wasn't excepting a whole lot from these but I love them!Forgive my lack of knowledge on the exact names of each brush, but this is how I use them:The thin slanted one is great for winged eyeliner! I've used "normal" brushes in the same style and have a hard time getting my wings even. With this one, I dip it in a gel liner and basically use it like a stamp. So easy! The thinnest straight one is great for adding a subtle highlight under your eyelids or over your upper lip. It's very precise. The standard eyeshadow shaped one is great for dabbing eyeshadow on top of a primer. Lots of control and very little waste.I use the others too - they're very versatile depending on the look you're going for.The main pros: Minimal product waste because they don't absorb anything. So easy to clean - just wipe off on a piece of toilet paper or towel and you're done! This is great if you're switching between a lot of colors because there is never any of the previous colors left over to get mixed in and there's no waiting for the brushes to dry after you clean them. These won't completely replace your normal brushes -- I still like a good fluffy blush brush and something for a setting powder, but they're an amazing addition! They seem like they will last a very long time and (though I don't have any science to back this up) feel less prone to gathering bacteria compared to other brushes -- if only because cleaning them is such a breeze! The only thing I'd say to look out for is if you're using them with a pressed powered you have to have a light hand so you don't dig in too deep. They also can't pick up a whole lot of product at once so you may have dip them in more often than with bristle brushes. But these are also pros because it makes it almost impossible to accidentally overapply your makeup and gives you a whole lot more control over where it goes!

BEWARE OF 5 Star Reviews
I was impressed with all the 5 star reviews but after ordering, I now understand. After my package arrived, the seller sent me an email asking to let them know if anything was wrong. I let them know that most of the brushes were pretty much useless. They offered me a full refund and said I could keep the brushes but asked that I give a 5 star review. I refused. I am not dishonest.I gave the foundation silicon to a friend and it seemed to be OK, although the $20 makeup drop I purchased separately is better quality. The blush brush is OK but not great and only if you use cream blush. I tried both powder and cream and the powder really didn't take. The brushes seem only to work with cream products and only average at thatWorst, the eyeshadow brush came apart after the second use and I can see the blush brush is getting ready to come apart.Bottom line, don't bother unless you only use cream products and realize these will not last long. You get what you pay for.I would have rate the brushes only 2 stars, but the customer service was good. When I told them I was unhappy, they refunded my money right away.

Good utensils, but come with a learning curve
First, let me clarify something. These are not brushes as there are no bristles on them. They are solid pieces of silicone shaped like make-up brushes. This being said, they are very good utensils. I read all the complaints about them, and what I've discovered is those complaints stem from not knowing how to use them.Even Michaelangelo had to relearn how to paint when handed a new medium of fresco painting, and the same goes with these. Don't try to use them like a brush, as they are more like the painter's trowel, and they definitely don't work well with powdered make-up products.Personally, I use them to apply my water based concealer and gel eyeliner, and they work great for both of those. My only complaint is that there is still a very tiny Sean at the end of each one that collects make-up, and can need some work to get thoroughly clean

Love! More hygienic and practical than regular brushes
Love this set! Using these type of make up "brushes" really maximizes make up and reduces waste, they're easier to clean, feel better on your skin, more hygienic, better blend. My favorite is the oval shape one and the eyeshadow one. I have a duo shade eyeshadow that when applied with a regular brush it absorbs a lot of the color but with the silicon one it's applied easier with less amount of shadow leaving your eyelid with a thinner line of make up and less product on your face with nice color. Why am I taking one star away? Because one of the large brushes should be a little softer for more delicate face areas.

Cleaner than brush bristles
These are as advertised. Now that i've got them I'm not sure exactly how to use them - i need to find a good YouTube video for instruction. I purchased them because I was thinking that they would be cleaner than brushes. By that I mean bacteria growing in the brush bristles vs being able to wash the silicone brush clean after each use. I like the softness of them - I especially like the round applicator - that has worked well for me. The concept is good - i just need to figure out how to use them properly.

Different
These are quite different brushes. I didn't like the large brush for applying my foundation so I use it for applying masks and I love it for that. The smaller brushes are fine for applying liquid makeup. They are easy to clean, way better than brushes made with hair. They spread the formulas fine if you use just a bit and build it up. These will be my travelling brushes because they are so easy to clean.

Learning curve
These brushes take a bit of getting used too. I use the oval brush to apply foundation and the smallest brush to apply eyeliner. I *do* still need to use my bristled foundation brush in order to blend my foundation but I feel like less product is ending up in my bristled foundation brush. The silicone brushes do feel nice against the skin and are very easy to clean.
