Wish I could take it back. Why did Tommee Tippee cheap out in the zipper unlike the Grobag. Makes bedtime unnecessary difficult.

We were thrilled to receive a selection of grobags and sleep bags by Tommee Tippee, The standard really is top quality, we are so happy with them. The fabrics are super soft and designs are lovely. We ordered different TOG ratings for colder/warmer nights, and it does make a difference, It just helps baby stay at a comfortable temperature. They machine wash well, and as long as you tumble dry on low heat they do not shrink. We are very happy with them and would definitely recommend to others.

Tommee Tippee always comes up trumps with baby gear as the quality is so high and their famous Grobags are no exception. Designed specifically to allow your baby to move its little hips freely, as they all do, there’s no restriction and babies can wriggle and wave their legs in the air as much as they like whilst staying warm and cosy. Each grobag has a different tog rating, which is such a good idea, much the same as having a lighter tog duvet on your bed for the summer and a cosy thicker one for winter. So no more trying to keep tiny socks on tiny, active feet, no worrying about blankets being kicked off. Easy access too, for nappy changes without having to take the whole thing off. I like the concept that little arms can wave freely or be swaddled inside, although this is quite snug on the upper part of the body so perhaps this size, for 6-18 months, might be a bit of a stretch to encompass all the growth of a baby to a toddler? But as a doting, soon-to-be granny, I’m very confident my new grandchild will be cosy and just as importantly, comfortable in this. So, although they’re not cheap, I think they’re well worth getting. And I like the soft blue of this - not navy at all, but a lovely paler shade with a neat little pattern on it.

This review is for a Tommee Tipee sleep bag. This particular bag is for 6 to 18 month old children and is 1 tog. One tog bags are good for the summer month, warm nights and temperatures ranging from 20 to 24 degrees. Tommee Tippee has a handy temperature guide on the back of the box that indicates what clothing should be worn with the swaddle bag and under what temperatures. They recommend a long sleeved or sleeveless body suit is worn with a 1 tog sleep bag (see photos). You can also purchase a tommee Tippee Groegg that helps you to determine what the temperature is in the baby’s bedroom. We have used one of these to help us since our little boy was a baby. When buying these, it is worth thinking about what the weather will be like when your little one is born and choose the correct tog rating accordingly. If it’s going to be a mid-summer baby like our boy was, get hold of a couple of one tog bags. Choose warmer 2.5 tog bags for cooler autumn nights. You can get 3.5 tog bags for cold, winter nights.Whilst they aren’t cheap, these bags are great. We had a number of them when our little boy was small and were so glad we used them. The bags are made from soft and snuggly, bamboo rich fabric. The outers are 70% bamboo viscose and 30% cotton, while the inners are 70% cotton and 30% viscose.In terms of sizings, these bags cover baby lengths between 68 to 86 cm / 8.2 to 11.3kg. Tommee Tippee's sleeping bag is ideal for spring, and fall. Because it is 1.0 TOG for 3-6 months old. , it is fairly thick and offers the infant a really warm feeling.Cotton is used for both the outer fabric and the inside lining, which is great because cotton is organically sourced and pleasant for the skin. This sleeping bag is also quite soft to the touch and feel.This is also an excellent swaddle. It's simple to open and close buttons at armholes.The chain is extremely easy to open and shut and is quite smooth. Because it is a single chain that begins at the bottom, changing nappies without disturbing the infant is simple.The colour of this sleeping bag is blue and quite soft, and it has a soothing appearance.The bottom is big which gives enough space to baby to move legs.

Well designed, with hip health in mind, allowing legs to assume a natural hip health position while sleeping. Comes well packaged in a recyclable cardboard packaging with all the useful information. Suitable to be washed at 40 degrees. Spacious and with room for growth. Excellent quality, no odd threads sticking out or any stitching out of place. Zip is smooth to open and close, with no catching or getting stuck at all. Tog size is on the outside, so you'll always know what size it is. Great for your little one to sleep cosy and safely, without having the worry of covers.
