Purchased this for my bearded dragon enclosure, was worried that it would be too noisy, but its amazingly quiet, and looks very cool!

The media could not be loaded. The water was supposed to create a beautiful splashing down but instead it’s just going everywhere else but the drain. it’s all over the rocks and won’t even create a cute little V. I really wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It sounds awful to the motor sounds like it wants to explode, even though I just refilled the water. My mom has one and it works fine. Mine sucks.UPDATE:Excellent customer service. Once I put my review out, they contacted me, asking if I would like a full refund! Amazing.

Easy to assemble. Soothing water sounds. Only negative is that you have to refill frequently to avoid hearing the pump and mechanical noise. Also wish it woukd have come with a few more peebles so it looks fuller.

Lovely glistening fountain. Easy to set up and I've had not problems with noise or water flow. It's a charming addition to my room!

Poor design. Pump tube is non existent. Attaches to a nub tube and pump hangs at the bottom of the base. Not long enough to sit on bottom dish so you hear the pump the whole time as it's not completely submerged.

I love this water fountain! I put it in my living room as a nice accent to my living space. Easy to turn on and off with the plug adapter. Make sure not to leave it on overnight or for extended amounts of time.This unit needs to be maintained cautiously in order to enjoy it for a long time. I have had it for over a week, I commute to work during the day time and I unplug it before I leave for the day.A few tips:I recommend putting distilled water in it at least that way it won’t leave deposits.Clean the rocks in the bag it came with so that small debris are removed and don’t clog the pump during the first use!Unplug it and make sure it’s off if you have to leave it unattended.Top off the water every at least other day because it will evaporate.

This fountain is a good size, feels sturdy, comes with river rocks and the pump is very quiet; however, the water is also very quiet. If you're looking for an aesthetically pleasing fountain this is a great option, but if you want to hear the water I would avoid this one. Yes, the pump is set to the highest setting.Update 4 months later.I pretty much left this running 24/7. I cleaned it once with a scrub brush. Don't do that. The paint came off. The lights are burning out now. This thing lasted 4 months with heavy use. I would say either don't run it 24/7 or expect to replace it 3 times a year. The pump is still working fine, so that's good.
