Covers light somewhat but is sheer so no blackout yet hot when all closed, not very breathable material.

100% polyester, not cotton
Nice color, but I really wanted 100% cotton per the detail page. Fiber content on tag say polyester. Stitching is okay but if you can sew I'd recommend reinforcing the stitch lines and they're only loosely serged. Serge color was black on nave so not terribly noticable. Kid will likely love it once it's hung.
