I’ve used this stepper for 4 weeks now. It’s easy to use and it works. I follow various videos on you tube for Stepping classes to keep me motivated. I have lost weight and lost inches. It squeaks a bit but not really a problem. The step counter sometimes plays up a bit but again not really a problem. This will work if you are motivated and eat a healthier diet. I started at 20 minutes a day and now with some other exercises aswell, I can exercise for an hour a day and I am 57.

Brilliant little machine.I needed something small enough to have in the house, easy to use and not too expensive or time consuming.1st time on it I struggled to use it for a minute now I’m doing 7mins easily most mornings. I know it does’t seem much but I couldn’t get up the stairs without huffing and puffing - I can feel the difference this small change has made. Plus I can use it and read my kindle at the same time.I, like other users, had issues with squeaking, but with a drop of 3-in-1 oil at the pivot point on the bar below the footpads (see where on my photo) fixed it.Also depending on your stance you can work different muscles, upright standing works the calves more, slightly squat works the thighs too.

I thought it was quite good at first but after a couple of weeks it started to squeak and it drives me mad no matter how hard I tighten it still squeak’s louder than before.

Great quality but doesn't step very high, more of a twister than a stepper. Didn't work the parts I needed to work on so eventually sold it for £20!

Noisy, I’m 80kg so 40kg under maximum weight, after using it for 20 minutes 5 days a week the metal bar snapped holding the pedals together, poorly made. Sent back just before 30 days ran out and got a full refund.

The mechanics seem to work well in terms of changing the difficulty and getting a good step. But my main reason for choosing this option was it's promise to be quiet. The results have determined that was a lie. I'll probably be passing it on to a friend, as the clanging makes it difficult to use for my morning workouts and also sets the dogs off barking thinking someone is knocking at the door.

This stepper is AWESOME! It's quiet, compact and surprisingly lightweight compared to the Lateral Thigh Trainer with Brenda Dygraf. This machine costs so much less than why I paid for my previous stepper when it was 1st released. I actually like this one better! I have carpal tunnel and arthritis and it's pretty easy for me to maneuver without hurting myself. Your knees will probably be sore when you first start. Just do about 5-10 minutes every other day to start for the first week. I'm up to 20 minutes already and the motions are smooth and controlled, not jerky. For people with balance problems you can use a doorway, counter, chair, etc., until you get used to the side to side up and down motions. I have bad knees and I don't have a problem with this machine. Since I have arthritis in my knees as well as my hips I use it close to the kitchen at night when I have the oven on cooking dinner. The extra warmth really helps to relax the muscle and helps you sweat. So it's kinda like workout and a therapy session in one. Great deal, super fast shipping.

Very easy product to set up and use. Solid design and quality.Like other buyers, I find it can be 'squeaky' sometimes, but not too bad. I'm usually watching TV, and the squeak does not interrupt.
