Really soft hair best halo hair

I have fine thinning hair that has been an area of insecurity for a long time and was really afraid that this halo just wouldn't work. I am beyond pleased to say that I was wrong! I regret not taking a photo before dying it, but I had no trouble dying the color to match my own hair just in time for my small family-only birthday party! I read a tip to pin back the bottom layer of your hair to make a seamless blend with the extensions, and it really helped secure everything. It takes a couple shots to get it right, but I found it easiest by pinning up the hair at my crown before placing the piece, then securing the clips from the inside out to be sure it doesn't budge. Admittedly, it doesn't solve my main issue of thinning at the very top, but it gives me more volume than I normally have at my ends. I'm the type of person who plays with her hair a lot when I'm working, so it will be a challenge to not do that while I'm wearing this piece!Pros: the perfect amount of hair for someone with fine hair, and was undetectable overall. Had no trouble drying it with my heated round brush, but made sure I was holding the piece by the weft and slowly brushing it through on the lowest heat level. I found that using my typical hair products with it helped to match my natural texture as well. I have not tried blending it straightened, but I think it's doable.Cons: It has a very strong smell when removed from the packaging, almost like pool water, and lingered after washing, dying, then washing again, however once in place is not detectable. The spot where my hair is thinnest is also where the wire is most visible. My husband was able to spot it, but he's also taller than me, so I think it's less noticeable if you're taller than your coworkers or loved ones.

I purchased the 14-inch extensions and LOVE them!!! They’re soft, thick, and easy to use. The packaging was great - no knots in the hair or anything. The package comes with care instructions, which is handy because I’ve never owned hair extensions before. I have fairly thin hair, so one may see the wire sitting on my head. However, no one has mentioned it when they see me unless I point it out. My only “con” (which is not due to the extensions) is that because I have fairly thin hair, sometimes the clips may not grasp onto my hair super well. But after a few tries, I can get them to clip on. For the price, I think this is a great deal!!! Once my hair gets a little thicker, I will purchase another set to add more volume and length!

I did quite a bit of research before I purchased these extensions. and I was not disappointed! The color was a PERFECT match, and the quality was fantastic!. They curl, and hold curl very well. I ordered the 18", and although I'm aware it's there, it's not uncomfortable or distracting at all. They're not difficult to put in, but there is a slight learning curve, so don't get discouraged. Just watch a couple of tutorials, and you'll be set! I included a with (on the left) and a without (on the right) picture. I can't say how well the extensions will hold up since I just received them, but I'm sure frequency of wear and manner of care will determine that.

Sorry.UPDATE: 10 weeks and I am still being harassed by this company to take down this review!The reviews made this look so amazing and I desperately wanted this to work. I've been very self conscious since I got the big chop and just wanted some length back. I was amazed at the perfect matches everyone seemed to have despite a very small color range. And no one seemed to have what I feared for my hair, which is what's shown above. It is a bad choice for someone with a blunt, short cut like mine.I don't own a curling iron to try to blend it and my hair doesn't hold curl anyways.I wasn't very impressed with the quality either. It was light and soft, but shiny to the point of seeming synthetic. The clips didn't seem sturdy, but the hair was pretty close to what was shown online (though lighting varies), they gave you extra clips and wire, and everything was packaged really well. I'm so upset this didn't work for me. I've been desperate to get my hair back.
