Nicer than I expected for the money. Great deal. Nice wood. Nice colors of tracks. Cheap pegs but what the heck.

It's a cardboard chessboard with plastic pieces. Perfect for beginners or casual players. Pieces have a nice weight to them and are made of durable hard plastic. Chessboard is laminated so that its somewhat resistant to spills or water droplets, but I wouldn't push it. Overall nice value for its price.

Good quality, very heavy

This is a somewhat decent product with some flaws. It is fine for travel, being a full sized board that folds in half.The thickness of the wood is good, but the hinges are very weak. As soon as I took it out of the box and opened it up, it was apparent that one of the hinges was twisted and raised, therefore the board did not lay flat. The blue and green colours on the board are next to each other and very hard to tell apart, especially for anyone who doesnt have 20/20 vision. Would have been better to put the red path between the blue and green. Notwithstanding these two issues, we are able to play crib with it. However, I am looking for a replacement board.

Hopper is plastic, works properly, is fairly sturdy. Unit is small, balls are small also. Numbers are painted a contrasting colour so they can be easily read. So far I am happy with it.
