Size runs a bit small
I normally wear an XL. I ordered an xl for this vest and it fits a little snug. Consider ordering one size up.

Much Better Than Expected - Very Nice
This is for general information for potential buyers who may have doubts on the actual size of the vest. I am 5'11" tall and 155 pounds (about 70kg) with a small-to-medium-sized belly. I bought a L/G (large, normal length, not the long one, not the big one) which fits perfectly well. The cutting is regular and hence there waist is not tapered, which is the style I have been looking for (similar to the famous vest from Gene Kranz of NASA or the one from Ed Harris in the movie "Apollo 13"). This L/G can cover my belly well with a decent look without being too loose at the upper chest. It is snug enough at the chest and arms. In terms of length, it completely covers my belt of a medium-waist pants and is further down by about 2 inches. Hence, for those who are about my height and those who are even up to 6'1", there is no need for a long size - a normal length goes a long way. In brief, it is really true to size. The chest pocket measures 6" in depth which is deep enough. The waist pockets measure 4" in depth which is sufficient unless you want them to completely cover your Samsung Galaxy S10 when you carry it in the waist pockets. Quality is fine whereas the color is bright white (a truly white, not ivory). The back has a silky look that it even shines brighter than the front - very very nice ! I am totally satisfied with this vest in terms of color, quality and size. Delivery is quick as well. Hope this helps others who are hesitating on buying it or not. I recommend this product particularly for those who look for a regular (not slim) cutting.

MISMARKED! Bad sizing!
There is nothing to like. My first purchase was a 4XLT. When I received the vest it was waaay too small. I thought I bought a 2X it was that small. Not snug at all. I couldn't even close try to close it up.My next purchase I got a 4X, because they were sold out of 4XLT & sold out of 5X. The 5X said not sure when this will be back in stock. When I put on that vest, it was HUGE! It was so big it fit more like it was a 5X. So I have to take the 4X in by 2 inches on each side because if I used the strap in the back to tighten it, the back was majorly bunched up and looked bad. That's how big this was on me. I need this for a wedding I'm in.I ordered a 3rd vest to see if I could get a better size and the price dropped so I thought I would give a try. I was able to buy 4XLT again and when I received that vest, it was considerably too small just like the first one. When I held up the 4XLT against the 4X it was massively different! I'm not sure if these are all mismarked or if their sizes are just majorly jacked up. I'm a 6'4" guy who weighs about 310lbs. I usually wear 4X Tall and none of these fit right. Not just a snug feeling or a little loose. They were significantly too small or too big. I couldn't find anything else that matched the color and the bride specifically picked out this style, color, amd brand. So there was no way around buying another option. Best advice is BUYER BEWARE!!! My cousin is average size and his fit well. My brother is on the bigger size almost wears a 2X. He said his ran small. My mom took in 2 inches on bothe sides. This picture is AFTER its already been altered. The material is silky in the back and a firmer material in the front. As for the value for money, it's not worth the cheaper price I found it at. I thought this brand would have been better. Quality will be determined after the sewing it completed.Mom got it sewn. Worked out well. Still giving this a 1 star for all the trouble I went through.

Fits well, a little bit large.
Ordered size small. I'm 5'9", with slightly long torso (or short legs), 145 lbs. Fits fine, not trim. But the cinch strap in the back (as with all decent vests) adjusts for that. Like cars, men's clothing in a given size seems to be growing. I used to wear medium or large upper body clothes (I have pretty long arms for my height), now I regularly seem to fit better with small. Luckily, sleeve length is not an issue with a vest. Finally, I'm 60 years old, so I'm not trying to wear clothes that are too small as many younger men seem to be doing. "Somewhat large" means that I tighten the cinch strap a fair bit. Fits very nicely once that's done. With the rest of the suit, the vest adds a bit of sharpness, and without the jacket, a vest definitely adds class. To my old eyes, anyway. Fantastic waistcoat for the price!
I never thought Perry Ellis would be a fashion line that I'd get excited about! Sadly, an unexpected death in my family occurred, and I had no time to go shopping, and wanted at least a waistcoat to wear, instead of just a formal shirt with slacks. I found this on sale on Amazon, and it arrived the day before the funeral. Ths XS I wore still has a tiny bit of extra room, even when fully cinched. It polished up my last-minute ensemble, and if I decide to get it tailored, I know it'll look even better. Cotton-Linen for just $37!

Decet vest, runs very small.
For the indicated price for a linen vest, it seems well enough made. The back is polyester, which isn't great for summer months, but it's otherwise OK. However, on their website it says that a XXL fits 48R-50R. I'm a 48R to the point that my tailor doesn't adjust many jackets I get in that size, but the XXL is comically small on me - it might fit a 42-44 or so. Fortunately they also have big and tall ... for an additional cost, of course! As far as design, the top button is lower than usual for a suit vest, it's cut more like a morning dress vest than a suit vest, just a bit short (which is good for me since this was my intended purpose of it). I'm re-ordering in the B&T sizes

Excellent quality
This really is an excellent linen jacket. Alas, just too big for me - it was from the "Big & Tall" Perry Ellis store. I was trying to find one like it in Regular sizes but they seemed to be a different style. I have seen others but the Perry Ellis looks the best for me. I will keep checking their products.

Cuidado con las tallas, articulo de calidad
La calidad buena, a tomar en cuenta las tallas, ya que soy talla grande y compre extra grande y no me quedó, así que batallarán con las medidas
