I can only speak to Acrylic Pouring but....
These canvases have a lot of great reviews, and I don't think they are terrible by any means, and I can only speak for my personal experience, but... I am a fluid artist (acrylic pouring) and almost exclusively use Golden Artist Fluid Acrylics for my pours. I got these to use for my "test pours" before pouring much larger and professional quality canvases. Because they are so small (10x10) and come pre-gessoed, I didn't think I would need to add any more layers of gesso, which was perfect for just needing to do a quick test. However, I noticed more than a few times the paint refused to stick to certain parts of the canvas, particularly when flowing over the sides. So I started taping off the back and gessoing them like I do with my larger canvases, but regardless was still having the same issue. It's like the canvas repeals the paint in certain areas; it's very strange.I also get a lot of pooling and eventual crazing in the middle of my pours (which shows the canvas is not very taught in the middle) which is completely normal for a large canvases ( I usually gesso those three more times from the time I get them already pre-gessoed, because the weight of the paint is extremely heavy compared to most mediums). But, for a little 10x10? That shouldn't happen. When I buy The Edge 10"x10"x1.5" canvases its a totally different story. Paint doesn't slide around, it always adheres, and I don't get crazing in the middle. It literally makes or breaks a pour for me.So, I think if you are just starting out with acrylic pouring, this isn't a bad way to go. Like I said they aren't terrible. But if you're a working artist who is selling your paintings, it might be worth the extra money to just buy professional level canvases from the get go. :/

Used to mount Diamond Paintings
I used Midge Podge on canvas. Placed Finished Diamond paintings on canvas used roller then placed books on top to weigh down till dry. Works great. P.S. I did Trim the border off. And used Matte Mode Podge with Foam Brush.
