I’ve wanted to have electronic picture frame like this for a long time, that’s when I purchased this one. The price seemed alarming but due no reviews, initially I was a bit hesitant. But after testing it a while, I was happy of my purchase and wanted to inform others about the product, its goods&bads.WHAT I LIKED:Installation and use is very simple. Besides it comes with a remote that makes it really easy. Transmission of the remote is good, but make sure you’re not blocking that receiver port at the devise, otherwise it may not be much responsive.Picture quality. The display is of good quality and I was surprised to have so clear colors, high definition pictures on devises for such price. Besides, it has great viewing angle, which means no matter where you look from, its colors&picture doesn’t loose its quality. Impressive! Screen size is 4x3, regular for 1024x768. But it surely manages higher resolutions also has a feature for fitting to screen where it automatically resizes if you enable it.The devise has audio and video features, but you should understand that these are its additional features. By that I mean they’re generally good, you can definitely not comparable watching as TV. Nevertheless, the devise has AUX port so you can connect to other speaker and audio issue is solved. Since the devise will play from your last pause, it’s great for listening to audio-books too! For videos, no problem until FullHD of 1080. Over 1080, it takes some time for rendering.I really liked that this devise has a motion sensor that saves energy and calendar, audio&video features as well. So you can use it for multiple purposes. Nevertheless, it has some minor issues that you may want to be aware of:ISSUES:Despite the screen is of high quality, it keeps finger prints that I accidentally touched thinking its touch-screen. Honestly, the screen is so good that you think it’s touch-screen, but when you do, your finger prints remain there. Not that much visible, but still.Doesn’t have internal battery, so it must be plugged to power all the time. Not a big issues though, but if you wanna hang it on the wall, the wire may discomfort you.

My husband and kids got this for me for work which I love cause then I can have hundreds of pictures that I see every day. One day after a couple months the screen just stopped working :( I was very disappointed but I contacted the seller and they offered me a replacement right away. So I am happy with the customer service for sure!

I really love looking at my photos as the frame scrolls through each one. This device has many great features, such as internal & external storage, clock, date & time, built in music player (music from storage device). It is easy to use. My only frustration is it loses the WiFi connection, which makes it impossible to send photos from my phone to the frame. The only way to load more photos is to use the SD card or USB cord & download from my computer manually. So, it is a joy & pain.

The frame software had a lot of issues, it was very difficult to get the frame added to the app, and now less than six months later, it won't even start up. I tried resetting it several times, and it didn't help. This was money wasted on a terrible product, I give the overall rating of 0 stars. It's a piece of crap!

The frame came beautifully packaged and sealed. The resolution is great! Easy to setup and transfer pictures. Love it! Thinking of getting a second one! BTW...Would make a great gift too!

Right off the bat, I was disappointed due to box being damaged and opened as if it was a returned item. So far, it works fine but we are just loading photos.

Arrived timely, perfectly packaged. Special gift for a mom who's son moved out of country and he and his wife had their first child (Which the grandma has not been able to physically hold or see because of Covid-19). It played the video complete with music perfectly of all of the memories of the granddaughter's first year of life. Tears were shed. Thank you!

Picture quality is great & product box was top rate.However, trying to connect via the phone app - never worked, you turn off the "allow users to connect" option, it automatically turns it back on. omg! You try to contact the company for help, they want to charge your CC to talk to someone - omg! Is this product only a way to get your CC info & email address. I wish that I could have found the companies webpage before I bought this item, nothing but bad comments about the phone APP setup not working - old & even very new comments.This is a shame because the frame & picture quality is what I was looking for... the device user manual had step-by-step for setting your phone APP on either type of phone (IOS/Android) but you cannot get it to work with the device. I even tried to get a 3rd party app to work with this product to no avail. The video on the product device when you pull it up on amazon's page, skips over how he sets it up and jumps over lots of steps, but this is the info you need.I will still keep the unit which is why the lower rating and use it for the USB 64m option for loading pictures - wedding pic's. Turned off the wifi option since the photo sharing portion to this device does not work or you are unable to "bind" the unit to the phone software, even though it says successful, I sent pictures to the unit, where did they get sent to?If you are only looking for a USB 64gb 10" picture frame, then this unit is not bad.
