The handles get hot on gas stovetops
I really love this brand and purchased this as an entry level to their stainless potsI do wish Amazon offered more of their products.BK is doing a lot of things right…. The pots retain heat very well.. they are sturdy and you can tell the product quality is very good when holding it in your hands.I’ve made a wide range of dishes and sauces already, and though it takes some fine tuning depending on your stove heating source, you can create almost anything very beautiful once you get used to how the pots will react to your heating source.I own 2 BK carbon steel pans, and this stainless set and I’m super happy with how I’m able to use them to help feed and nourish my family and loved ones.
