So much better than a spiral!
This pad is awesome. I bought this for taking notes. I realized I hated spirals and was looking for a system of notetaking so that I could finish taking notes, put them in a subject folder, and when I get home scan them to Evernote with my phone. The pages I would then either throw away or put in binders, depending. I needed good paper that was very easy to tear off but that wouldn't come off by itself. I needed a thick back so it wouldn't get destroyed in a backpack that constantly has books going in and out of it. And I needed a low price. I found all of that here. The microperforation is the best perforation I've ever used. Every tear is effortlessly perfect.I kept using this pad this semester even though I'm no longer taking math or science courses. I don't mind writing on graph paper, but for my latest order I've switched to Ampad's narrow ruled pad. Hopefully I'll like that just as much. This is way better than a spiral, and the double thick pad is fantastic. Lots of pages for the money, too. The graph paper is great for taking Cornell notes.

Math Students, Look No Farther...
I couldn't be happier with this graph paper. It works for everything, but especially for my math classes. I'm sure my teacher appreciates the nice, neat calculations that I turn in with every assignment and test.Pros:- The notebooks are huge (100 pages), so you don't have to replace them often. Provides tons of space for calculations, especially for the cost.- The squares are perfectly sized, so you can still write in between the lines, but your graphs won't be enormous, either.- The cardboard backing is tough and thick as hell, so it doesn't bend or wear with constant use.- The price can't be beat.Cons:- The pages always seem to rip in the corner when I tear them out of the notebook. I wish they would make the perforation slightly lower on the page, so that pages could be removed with ease. It just takes more effort than it should. I'm very OCD about uniformity and whatnot. Such a minor concern should not detract from the overall awesomeness, though.Conclusion:- If you're looking for quality graph paper notebooks in bulk, this is your last stop. I'm very happy with the product, and I will continue to buy it, unless I find something better (doubtful). I'm on round #2, already. Calculus, I hope you die a slow and painful death....

Love this paper
Perfectly printed lines unlike some of the competition and binding was superior to other brands as well.

Construction needs
Great for drawing out blue prints when needed, sketching out parts and using for math purposes. Works as needed. Great for construction needs.

Good paper but grid lines too intense.
The paper quality seem fine. It holds up to a lot of erasing. I use them to design woodworking projects and erase a lot as I re-think the project. The only complaints I have are A) inaccuracy in the 1/4” grid but that is the case with every brand of paper I”ve used, B) the blue grid lines are too strong. I use a .05 mm pencil with hb lead for a fine line and often get distracted by the grid lines. Hard to tell which is my line and which is grid line. A little les intense grid line would be better.

Many reviewers had trouble tearing the pages out cleanly so I started from the back and the pages tear out fine. My perforations
I use this for design work. Many reviewers had trouble tearing the pages out cleanly so I started from the back and the pages tear out fine. My perforations are in the right place; at the top. The graph print is on both sides which is nice when I'm working out a design and many of them are throw aways, not quite so good when I get to the one I want to keep, but not the end of the world, either. Tracing paper saves the day, there and has no grid lines to show up when printing =)

I can't believe I'm about to review paper.
I decided to take two math courses this year and needed a sturdy pad of graph paper- this fit the bill in spades. First of all, the cardboard backing is thick and sturdy and holds up on its own. The paper itself is durable enough to withstand multiple erasures and rewrites in pencil and thick enough to prevent bleed through of ink. This is well worth the price.

Heavy-handed mechanical-pencil wielding nerds: Look No Further!
Very very good! I've trialed way too many notebooks and notepads. I'm a heavy-handed writer (using 0.5mm mechanical pencil lead) that frequently rips through the paper I'm writing on. Not so with this! It also has a strong, rigid backing to it, so it's perfect for writing on various surfaces (e.g. it doesn't bend when I'm propping it on a big textbook).Although there are cheaper alternatives, for this cheap skate, this is the best deal out there.Only negative (and a manageable one at that) - there's no holes in the margin to put it into binder. OH well! Looks like you're still gonna have to buy it!
