Very soothing.
First off, I couldn't smell anything when I put a bit on my fingers, but, once I put that small bit on my chest and throat, wow! Very intense smell that soothed me immediately. The intensity dimmed and I did notice that my chest tightness eased. I recommend this.

Apply a small amount of Novy cold and flu oil to one palm and rub on the chest or head as needed. Add a few drops to hot water and inhale the vapour twice a day to relieve nasal congestion.
